Responsibilities

·        Execute the powersports sales and marketing strategy in alignment with financial and operational goals.

·        Maintain and optimize inventory controls, pricing strategies, and department financial performance.

·        Monitor monthly performance and ensure market shar exceeds MMS BRP national averages.

·        Lead your team in delivering a consistent, 5-star client experience across all touchpoints.

·        Strengthen digital and in-store lead management, CRM usage, and follow-up execution.

·        Represent the brand at key industry events and grassroots activities.

·        Provide ongoing coaching, goal setting, and structured performance reviews.

·        Support sales staff in closing deals while maintaining strong margins.

·        Build a long-term staffing and development plan for continued department growth.

·        Ensure you team has the training and tools needed to succeed.

·        Maintain current knowledge of used powersports valuations and share insights.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, ideally in a dealership or similar environment.

·        Powersports or Motorcycle experience is required.

·        Strong financial and analytical skills.

·        Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience an asset).

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

·        Ability to drive team performance through effective training, goal setting, and accountability.

·        A passion for the Powersports industry.
